How we at Global Shield Security use reinforcement training

We have conducted many studies with our guards and have found that the majority of them feel neglected when there is not specific training system set up. So we created our TRS system.

What is TRS?

T: Training

We train our security guards at your post and make sure that they know your properties post orders inside and out. They learn all the rules and regulations and how to handle certain circumstances that may arise.

R: Reinforcement

After our guards receive their initial training they are scheduled for regular training secessions thereafter. They participate in weekly training sessions to promote discussion of their experiences. This is not only done with one guard but all the guards at the post. We make sure that everyone is communicating with one another and are fully aware of what is going on so that there are not gaps in security.

S: Support

We believe that training on its own is not enough. We feel it’s important to provide support to our guards during and after their training sessions to ensure that they are able to effectively apply the concepts they have learned in the classroom. It is important that they feel that they have been heard and we have addressed the issues they may face both in and out of work, leading to hire retention rates as well as a closer and more loyal bond with company and employees.
