A horrific story happened in Austin, Texas when a 45 year old woman was in a parking lot of a shopping center when a man grabbed her and stabbed her with a hypodermic needle. The woman had been drugged and was unable to move so the man took her a few miles away and rapped her prior to taking her back to the shopping center.

These situations are horrible and should not be taken lightly.
